Exercise and living a healthy lifestyle are very important to me. I want to take care of the temple that GOD has given to me and I want to be strong and healthy for Ministry and family! Years ago, I use to be in the fitness industry and I still very much enjoy working out. However, I use to work out for 1-2 hours per day and sometimes even more. If I did that every day now, it could become something bad because it would take very important time away from Ministry and family. Now, I incorporate about 15-20 minutes a day of exercise in my morning routine so that it doesn’t hinder and actually helps what GOD wants me to do! All praise to JESUS!
Is there anything is your life that is taking your focus off of what GOD has called you to do and winning souls? Maybe it’s Social Media? Or constantly being on your phone? Maybe it’s an unhealthy sleeping habit or staying up too late?

Pray and ask GOD to guide your plans and schedule. What should your morning routine look like? What are you spending most of your down-time doing? How can you change your schedule to spend more time in prayer, in worship, and in sharing the Good News of JESUS with others! Do you want to experience joy unspeakable and full of glory? Be obedient and get into the flow of what GOD is doing! It’s the greatest way to live! Don’t let anything distract you from the Best - JESUS and HIS calling upon your life!
