Book Of Acts Miracles Are For Today!  

As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. Acts 5:15  

I went to a Wal-Mart before starting work so that I could pray for someone. As I was in the parking lot, I noticed a man walking to the store and GOD very strongly put him on my heart. I began talking to him and we had a great conversation. He was amazed. He was going through a very challenging season in his life. He also had a pain in his chest that I believe was there for a long time. By GOD’s grace, I was able to pray with him a prayer to give his life to JESUS! However, JESUS is not only our SAVIOR – HE is also our HEALER! I asked if I could lay hands on his shoulder. As I prayed for him, he said it was like a heat went from his shoulder to his chest and the pain was gone! Only JESUS can do that and HE is performing miracles today! All praise to JESUS!  

Some people think that GOD may not want to heal them or perform miracles in their lives. Some people think that miracles may not be for today. Some people think that miracles were finished with the last apostles. My friend, I have Good News, Book of Acts miracles are for today! JESUS desires to work miracles in your life and through your life! JESUS has not lost any authority or any power! And HE is working very powerfully through the Body of CHRIST today!  

Action Point

Look at the life of JESUS CHRIST in the Gospel Accounts. Look at the lives of the believers in the Book of Acts. Reject every thought or belief that says that miracles are not for you or not for today. Then, by GOD’s grace and complete reliance upon the HOLY SPIRIT, made a decision to believe with all of your heart what the Bible says! Meditate on Mark 16:15-20 because this is for you, my friend! Look for someone that you can bless and share JESUS with them today! Book of Acts miracles are for today!
