From Sorrow To Winning Souls

For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. Philippians 1:6

When I was 20 years old, my younger cousin Travis (17 years old) went home to heaven unexpectedly in a truck accident. Today would be his 31st Birthday and my Grandmother, Nini’s, Birthday, as well. They shared the same Birthday (April 26th)! It was a sorrowful time, as he also did not have a dad in his life and his loving mom went to heaven when he was younger. He was like a little brother to my older brother and me. I’m grateful for all of our family that stepped in to show him the love of JESUS! Why do I say this? In preaching the Good News and giving many Altar Calls, I have told this story many times to show the urgency of time and the need of trusting JESUS Now! Many, many souls have come to JESUS! GOD can turn difficult times into much good - as HE works all things together for our good! All praise to JESUS!

Have you had sorrowful times lately? Are you going through an intense and challenging time now? Is the enemy bringing up your past against you? My friend, NOW is the time to take a stand and rejoice that JESUS is working out things for good in your life (that is, for every believer).

ACTION POINT

Whatever the painful or sorrowful time in your life, take as stand and use that to push you forward to win souls! Use that painful time to understand, love, and identify with people who need JESUS! Make the enemy pay! You are more than a conqueror in CHRIST JESUS! Let everything is your life be used for bringing people to JESUS! That’s what life is really about - JESUS and souls! Rejoice today, my friend! If you are with JESUS - you’ve already won the victory!
