Led By The HOLY SPIRIT  

For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons and daughters of God. Romans 8:14  

Just recently, I was needing to go to the Motor Vehicle Commission in New Jersey to transfer the Registration for one of our vehicles. I had planned on getting there earlier; however, I ended up getting there about 30 minutes later than planned. As I was walking to enter the building, I noticed two people that were walking out. GOD put them on my heart, and I started talking with them. They were amazed. Shortly after, I prayed with them a prayer for them to trust in JESUS CHRIST as Lord and Savior. After I got in the building, I knew that the Holy Spirit wanted me to talk with another couple that I had noticed. I started talking with them. I asked them to wait for me as I wanted to tell them something. As I walked out of the building, they had waited. I talked with them and prayed with them a prayer to trust in JESUS and to give their lives to HIM! The HOLY SPIRIT knew that there were 4 precious souls who needed HIM before I even started the day! What a joy and blessing it is to be led by the HOLY SPIRIT! All praise to JESUS!  

Can you remember the last time when you had to change your plans? Can you remember when your schedule didn’t go exactly as planned? It is extremely important for you and me to be constantly in prayer and in conversation with the HOLY SPIRIT! GOD knows everything about everything, and He knows what is best for you. When your plans change, ask GOD what He wants you to do. Many times, GOD will change our plans because HE wants to work through us to bless someone who is in desperate need of HIM.  

Action Point

Let’s yield ourselves completely to the HOLY SPIRIT and what HE desires to do in and through us today! Let’s ask GOD to make our schedule line up with HIS schedule! Let’s look for opportunities to bless others today. Look around and see who you can share Jesus with today. Look around and see who you can pray for healing today. Look around and see who needs a Word that GOD has placed in you that brings life. Let’s live a life of prayer and seek to be led by the HOLY SPIRIT in every area of our lives!
