No Shortcuts

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Matthew 7:24

Yesterday, we had such a powerful Service at LoveLight Church. The tangible presence of GOD was there and we are so thankful to JESUS! Something that brought me so much joy is that before the Service even started miracles were taking place. There was a lady on the sidewalk near the Church that prayed to trust in JESUS. Then, there was a man from Ghana who prayed to give his life to JESUS as I was picking up a friend at the Staten Island Ferry. There are so many people who need JESUS and have never heard a clear presentation of the Good News! The Bible tells us to go and preach the Gospel to all creation!

Do you want to be all that GOD has created you to be? Do you want to be used by GOD in this generation to transform people’s lives? My friend, you HAVE to be spending time in The WORD of GOD, in prayer with JESUS, and walking in loving obedience. There is a cost to pay and there are no shortcuts!

ACTION POINT

Pray and plan out your Bible Reading Plan and time in prayer each day for at least one Month. Find a Good Commentary to read as you read the Bible. (If you need any suggestions, DM me) If possible, find a friend or mentor who can discuss with and also to help hold you accountable. JESUS wants to speak to you! JESUS wants to use you! JESUS has a great future for you! Like the old song goes, “trust and obey, for there is no other way, to be happy in JESUS, but to trust and obey.”
