Slow Down And Succeed

Enthusiasm without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes. Proverbs 19:2

Yesterday, my son and ran some errands. We stopped at 3 different places. We were simply following the Holy Spirit and not in a rush. By God’s grace, we pray with 7 people either to trust JESUS for the 1st time or for God’s blessing upon their lives. It is always amazing seeing people have an encounter with Jesus! He gets all of the glory!

Do you always feel like you are in a rush? Are you constantly going “full speed”? Sometimes it’s important to work quickly to get something done. However, if we are living a life of prayer and following the Holy Spirit, there should be a joyful and peaceful flow to life knowing that we are doing exactly what He called us to do!

ACTION POINT

Know that Jesus has given us the exact amount of time that we need (we don’t need more)! Try taking time each week to look at your monthly schedule, your weekly schedule, and then your daily schedule. Pray and commit your schedule to the Holy Spirit. Then, be focused in each “today” with what God has instructed you to do! Keep focused on Jesus and winning souls!

Have a great day and God bless you!
