4Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent. 5He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored. George Whitefield was one of the main vessels that GOD worked through in the First Great Spiritual Awakening in America. He preached over 18000 times in his lifetime. Multitudes came to JESUS as GOD used him to preach the Good News of JESUS! However, many churches of the day would not allow him to even be in their church. Just recently, my son and I were somewhere getting something done for one of our vehicles. We had the opportunity to pray for a lady who was working. Shortly after, she was in tears, and we prayed with her to trust in JESUS! No matter what, we will keep on sharing the Good News of JESUS, laying hands on the sick and being obedient to the highest Authority – the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

What has GOD asked you to do? What does JESUS want to accomplish in and through your life? It is so important for us to live by what the WORD of GOD says! Many times, when we take steps of faith, the people around us will not fully understand. In this season and in the seasons to come, you and I must be ready to make a stand for JESUS CHRIST and obey GOD, rather than man! Never focus on pleasing people; focus on being obedient to you!

Action Point

Ask GOD to fill you with HIS HOLY SPIRIT and Fire today! Look for an opportunity to share JESUS today. Share the Good News of JESUS. Lay hand and pray for the sick. Encourage those who are depressed and discouraged. Make a difference in someone’s life today! Don’t worry about all the people around you; however, know that JESUS is with you!
