What To Say When Someone Asks If They Can Pray For You  

And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Colossians 4:3-4  

When someone asks me what they can pray for in my life, I almost always say to pray that we are constantly following The HOLY SPIRIT and for many souls to come to JESUS through our lives! Yesterday, before starting Office Work for the Ministry, I went out to share the Good News. As I stopped at multiple places, 5 people prayed to trust in JESUS! It was amazing as each person was going through some type of challenge or difficultly in their life. People need JESUS! I am so thankful to JESUS for every blessing! One blessing that is so important to me - are the prayers of GOD’s people for open doors and for souls!  

What do you tell someone when they ask if they can pray for you? How do you want JESUS to use your life? At times, it is great to share challenges with specific people and to pray for specific needs, as we are a Body encouraging and supporting one another. However, it is so powerful when people are praying what the Apostle Paul said in the WORD of GOD!  

ACTION POINT

This is my prayer for every person who reads this today: “that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.” May JESUS open many opportunities for you to share the Good News with others! I pray that every person would encounter JESUS through your life! May every one of us walk in the fullness of The HOLY SPIRIT and HIS Fire today!
