You Need To Cast It Out

41“You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you and put up with you? Bring your son here.” 42Even while the boy was coming, the demon threw him to the ground in a convulsion. But Jesus rebuked the impure spirit, healed the boy and gave him back to his father. 43And they were all amazed at the greatness of God. Luke 9:41-43

I have prayed for people in America and in India who are demonically possessed. I’ve seen people completely set free by the power of GOD and JESUS gets all of the praise. I remember seeing multiple people healed from being demonically possessed and then able to lift up hands in praise to JESUS! JESUS has all power and authority and HE desires to work through us!

Are you struggling to overcome in some area of your life? Do you know someone who is constantly repeating that same hurtful behavior against their life? As a child of GOD, sometimes JESUS allows us to face challenges because HE wants us to experience and exercise the authority that HE has given to us. Sometimes we tolerate things that we need not tolerate. Don’t try to heal the symptoms to the problem, cast out the root of the problem!

Action Point

For some reason, you don’t hear about a lot today. However, you and I must be ready to cast any demon out anytime and anywhere. In Mark 16, JESUS teaches that “In MY NAME they will drive out demons.” Maybe you know someone who needs deliverance. Let’s walk in the authority of the LORD JESUS CHRIST and expect people to be set free by GOD working through our lives! Look for opportunities. Pray for opportunities. Act on opportunities. People are hurting, but JESUS wants to work through you to set people free!
